SUMMARY
The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects related to the delivery of optimized solutions for consumer access to Invisalign solutions. This PM will work with the business to create, manage and drive detailed requirements, planning and execution to deliver new products and solutions to market.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with developing and driving the business and program scope, strategy and requirements and ensures program team understands and is accountable to deliver the key success criteria for the program.
Accountable for identifying all supporting projects that roll up to the program, and for creating a detailed delivery plan that can be executed by the project teams to deliver the scanning centers on time to market, working closely with the business owner and all key members of the planning and execution teams to deliver.
Identifies and acquires key stakeholders and resources for the program/projects (including outside vendors) and gains commitment from these key stakeholders/resources/teams to be accountable for delivering on time and within scope.
Drives the program/project teams to get to scope and schedule baselines, including getting solid business requirements, facilitation of code drop/sprint planning, infrastructure build out, and all other required aspects of the program, making sure to identify dependencies between technology and teams and then track against these baseline schedules to ensure successful delivery of the program/project.
Identifies and resolves and communicates major issues, scope changes, schedule changes, project risks and major decisions that impact the successful delivery of the program.
Laser focused on delivering to all committed milestones and holds the program/project team accountable for these commitments, tracking dependencies closely.
Carefully manages risk across the program/project throughout the project life cycle to ensure the project is delivered to market on time and within scope.
Communicates regularly with program/project teams, peers, management and upper management to set expectations and remain in alignment with key stakeholders and the broader organization on the status of the program.
Keeps the program/project team highly organized and on track for effective implementation and delivery and implements process improvements quickly where there are inefficiencies in the implementation process.
Very agile and flexible approach to managing programs and be able to come up with new modes of delivery and execution to deliver to the program goals, including leading a project team through changes to how projects are currently executed. Needs to be able to effectively lead and build capability within the program/project team to accomplish the program/project goals and deliver to market on time.
Creative, adaptive and flexible thinking to implement to a committed timeline when plans do not go as expected.
Follow up continuously to ensure cross functional program/project teams are delivering to their commitments

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sr. Program Manager is expected to lead and manage a cross-functional team within a matrixed management structure and will not likely have formal direct reports.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering

years of program/project management experience working successfully with Software, Sales and Marketing teams
Experience delivering software projects
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Demonstrated leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to deliver business results
Experience implementing a B2C (business to consumer model) in a retail space
Expert understanding of Product Development life cycle and program management processes including infrastructure (physical) build out for a retail space
Expert ability to create structures and processes necessary to deliver new products to market
PMP certified a plus

Regular business hours
Some travel may be required
