Job summary
The Red Hat Corporate Marketing is looking for a North America Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager focused on healthcare to join the North America Field Marketing team in Raleigh, NC. By working in close alignment with sales and marketing functions, you will foster deeper partnerships with strategic account customers that lead to a preference for Red Hat infrastructure, cloud, and middleware solutions. You will be a critical lead demand generation resource focused on both building and implementation of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns through multiple marketing channels.
Primary job responsibilities
Understand what challenges specific healthcare accounts face as a business, discover how decisions are made in those organizations, and define who makes those decisions
Manage and promote an editorial calendar of innovative content and marketing assets that align with the customer journey, sales buying stages, and support the GTM plan for assigned ABM accounts
Deploy ready-to-carry-out marketing tactics and provide sales enablement on an account and industry basis using various channels including digital, events, and social media
Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals
Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts
Collaborate with the global ABM program team to create and gain consensus for cross-portfolio GTM plans and marketing plays in alignment with strategic product mandates and sales directives
Analyze metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities and integrated cloud content consumption
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
Required skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

years of account-based marketing experience in high tech; experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Experience building and carrying out ABM programs
Clear understanding of cloud and emerging technologies with the capability to integrate into programs that deliver on sales and strategic objectives
Good written and presentation skills to translate detailed content into impactful GTM materials, including web, email, and social media content; good listener
Experience directing digital marketing campaigns and planning and delivering social media strategies
Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
Ability to maintain focus on customers and attention to details
Persistent and resourceful
Goal-oriented and collaborative with the ability to take initiative and deliver projects unsupervised
Solid project management, planning, and organizational skills
