Tax Credit Property Manager
Professional Raleigh, NC based staffing firm has an immediate need for a Property Manager (Tax Credit properties) for a Raleigh, NC based property management company. This is a temporary-to-hire position.
Duties:
-Show units
-Process applications
-Verify eligibility for tax credit applications
-Process recertifications
-Manage site needs
-Newsletter updates
-Work with property activities
-Manage necessary reports in Excel for corporate accounting
-Other duties as assigned
Skills Needed:
-Prior property management experience a must
-Solid verbal and written communication
-Professional demeanor
-Able to multi-task
-Tax Credit, HUD experience is a major plus
About the position:
-Located in Raleigh, NC
-8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
-Pay range is $12-$14 per hour
-Must provide 3 solid work references
-Must be able to pass formal background checks
