Red Hat's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Support Analyst to play an integral role working with the Global Talent Acquisition leadership and team as a whole. In this role, you will participate in the ongoing creation, development, management, and support of key goals and initiatives that drive success for recruiting and employment branding. You'll provide support by organizing and coordinating the day-to-day team operations and meetings, managing global programs and content that is accessed frequently by the internal team and Red Hat as a whole. You will also create and administer the onboarding and training plans for new team members and work with Talent Acquisition leaders to roll out key messages.
Work with key leaders on the Talent Acquisition team to deploy strategies that enable the day-to-day operations and long term goals of a fast-paced, client focused, and high-growth team
Maintenance of mailing lists, meeting management, and coordination with departments like Operations and Finance
Act as the main point of contact for creating reports, shared systems, tools, and resources, as well as third party relationship management
Produce content and communication to support these initiatives with partners like Linkedin, Hackerrankx, Talent Bin, and iCIMS.
Conduct analysis of Talent Acquisition best practices benchmarking and apply these findings to reports, trainings, and process improvements for the global group on an ongoing basis
Independently and simultaneously support multiple, large-scale global projects like diversity, compliance, and Right for Red Hat global interviewing and selection
Manage and maintain the internal sites for the Talent Acquisition and Employment Branding teams, including calendars, conferences and events, business processes, and project portfolios
Bachelor's degree

years of experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to assist in managing large-scale programs for a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources function
Expertise in creating business processes, developing a set of priorities, and carrying out action plans
Excellent analytical capabilities and a metrics-focused mindset
Ability to work well in a heavily collaborative team environment and deliver solid results

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
