Communicates with the client regularly on matters related to projects including data needs, project status, and scheduling.
Meets regularly with the project team and apprise Synergetic Design management team of project status. Communicate all relevant matters to ensure successful project completion.
Will work on various technical projects both individually and as a contributing member of a project team.

Seal plans, drawings, and reports as required and ensure applicable laws regarding firm and engineer registration are properly adhered to
Oversee the work of project team members and act as responsible charge engineer
Train new employees and oversee their work
Develop seminar materials and assist in executing company-sponsored seminars
The Senior Consultant will prepare and make marketing presentations. Incumbents at this level are expected to have a working knowledge of all applicable software tools and processes used in executing the work.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Reports to Manager Consulting or executive consultants.
2.Responsible charge engineer duties.
3.Manage complex consulting projects.
4.Run power flow software and interpret results.
5.Be an expert in the use and application of power flow software tools, and how their respective databases are structured.
6.Participate in the utility industry by publishing technical papers and articles, presenting and teaching at strategic conferences, or participating on committees to ensure industry-wide recognition of Synergetic Design's capabilities and functions.
7.Manage planning studies, sectionalizing studies, and reliability projects.
8.Seal plans, drawings, and reports as needed in accordance with applicable laws.
9.Ensure prompt and accurate project billing and keep management apprised of anticipated cash flow.

Four year bachelor degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
