Must be able to create a fully functioning Drupal site from mockup Demonstrated expertise in: User experience design Theming Drupal module development Drupal 7 HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript/jQuery MySQL PHP
Desirable Requirements : Prefer experience with IIS 7.5 and MS SQL 2008 R2
