Raleigh office seeks real estate partner having experience in commercial real estate, commercial leasing, real estate finance, and land entitlements. The candidate will support land development and institutional lender clients as well as retail, office, industrial, and energy clients on a variety of real estate, infrastructure and public private partnership matters. Will also assist with public/private partnerships and development and infrastructure agreements. Should preferably be a partner licensed in North Carolina. Must have a portable book of business.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
