Senior Technical Recruiter Summary
Procom is expanding their Raleigh technology recruiting team and are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter Procom Services is a leading provider of professional IT staffing services to various clients throughout North America. A privately owned company established in 1978, Procom has 14 offices in North America and 5000 consultants currently on assignment.
We are looking for a professional who has proven leadership skills with a drive to succeed. As the Lead Recruiter you will motivate and coach a qualified dynamic team of self starters. You will take a vested interest in the team and their training and counsel by setting standards and monitoring daily submissions.
You will also be responsible for actively marketing our client?s opportunities and staffing services to the top IT Consultants in Raleigh and surrounding area. We are ideally looking for someone with experience in staffing/recruiting services or experience as an internal recruiter.

Senior Technical Recruiter Responsibilities
Analyze, identify & map out processes, goals, metrics, team building and technical training to build & maintain recruiting team
Encourage, coach, mentor, motivate & lead by example by managing priorities and exceeding minimum productivity goals
Develop and maintain many strong working relationships with both candidates, existing and potential clients
Contact candidates to discuss opportunities, salary/rate negotiations, as well as setting up interviews and facilitating job offers
Being a "networker"; understanding how to capitalize on situations
Sourcing for new avenues to dig out candidates
Active use of recruitment tools: internal CRM, online tools and social media
Sound technical screening & evaluation of candidate's skills
Excellent organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills
Partnering with Account Managers & clients to fulfill requirements quickly
Establish recruiting metrics & best-practices

Senior Technical Recruiter Requirements
Bachelors Degree or Diploma with ideally 5+ years in a staffing firm or as an internal recruiter
An understanding or interest in the local information technology employment market
Proven abilities and consistency in reaching hiring goals
Excellent research capability with emphasis on effective, timely and quality information management
Excellent written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills
Above average skills in Microsoft Office, online tools and social media
Preferred experience with CRM software.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
