Due to our rapid and continuing growth, Procom Services in Raleigh is hiring entry level candidates for a year-long rapid progression to sales. In this role you will develop a wide range of business skills including: sales, customer relationship management, negotiation and closing techniques, and internet research. The right person for role is someone who is a self starter and not afraid to build new relationships.

Staffing Sales Responsibilities
-You will be responsible for sourcing and screening resumes for job order requirements and generating new candidate leads through direct recruiting on different job boards, social networks, internet resources, networking and advertising

-Hands on sales role and business development of staffing services through strategic sales planning, prospecting, cold calling, and client presentations. Continually obtain information & feedback from clients on quality of service and staffing support.
-You will establish and execute recruiting strategies for different recruiting assignments and job openings

-Schedule and follow up on interviews for candidates and coordinate interview dates, travel and logistics. Meet with potential candidates and perform interviews and assist in preparation of interviews.

-You will work in hands on role developing and executing research over the web.

Staffing Sales Requirements:
-Self-starter, driven and motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
-Previous sales and relationship building experience (at least two years)
-Not afraid to learn and work independently
-Effective negotiation and convincing skills
-Individuals who want to work in a fast paced sales environment
-Excellent phone, writing, computer and communication skills
-Must have strong organizational, time management and project management skills and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
-Enthusiastic, competitive and assertive team player with attention to detail
-Ability to use different internet and recruiting sites to perform research and be able to utilize internal recruiting database
-B.S. or an Associate?s degree preferred

Compensation: You will enjoy a competitive compensation package which includes: un-capped commissions, paid time off, and major medical insurance, business casual environment.
Over the first year of this position the compensation will increase rapidly along with key metrics and goals being accomplished. This role is for a self starter who can quickly come up to speed and become a revenue producer.

ASAPEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
