: Commercial Estimators and Senior Estimators needed for a growing Raleigh office. The successful candidate will have experience with large commercial projects ($20M+) and 7+ years commercial experience. The candidate should have experience with hard-bid and conceptual estimating along with the ability to prioritize work assignments. Candidate must have the ability to direct and have strong leadership skills in order to direct multiple projects.

? Two or Four Year College Degree in Construction Management/Engineering field preferred.
? Large commercial project experience $20M+.
? Hard Bid and Conceptual Estimating experience.
? Team Player with strong work ethic.
? Skill in managing multiple projects with precision and speed.
? Sound economic-thinking, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make sound, informed decisions.
? Able to establish and maintain positive and profitable internal and external customer relations and service.

? $80,000 - $90,000 (DOE) salary plus potential bonus incentive plan.
? Company car and company gas card.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
