Position Information:
The Surgical Technician Labor and Delivery I is an integral part of the team of medical practitioners providing surgical and patient care. Functions under the supervision of a surgeon or registered nurse to ensure that the operating room environment is safe that equipment functions properly and that the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety. Assists with patients in triage. Assists with the breakdown and instrument care in the Labor and Delivery deck area.
Experience Requirements:
3 Years Clinical - Surgical Technician Required In Lieu of Degree
Education Required:
Graduate Surgical Technology Required - Or Associate's Degree Surgical Technology Required - Or Military - Surgical Technology Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Certified Surgical Technologist Required - Within 1 Year of Hire Or Certified Surgical Technologist Required - Within 12 Months of Completion of Surgical Technology Program
Hours of Work:
7pm-7am
Weekend Requirements:
As Needed
Call Requirements:
As neededEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
