The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage and maintain accounts receivable records Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments Reconcile accounts receivable records to the general ledger Generate and distribute invoices to customers as needed Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries related to accounts receivable The Accounts Receivable Coordinator could assist with month-end closing activities within 6-12 months Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable position:
Prior experience in an Accounts Receivable position or similar accounting role Candidates should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus!!! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
