Position Information:
The Paramedic in the Emergency Department (ED) functions as a member of the ED team and is responsible for providing quality patient care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse ED Providers and ED Nurse Techs. Performs all selected procedures and tasks outlined and approved for paramedics by the North Carolina Office of EMS and the North Carolina Board of Nursing. The ED Paramedic must demonstrate the ability to understand communicate and react effectively and appropriately to the unique needs of neonatal pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric patients.




Experience Requirements:
2 Years Clinical - Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic Preferred


Education Required:
Graduate Paramedic Required - And Associate's Degree Emergency Medical Science Preferred



Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic Required - And Basic Life Support Required - And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Required - And Pediatric Advanced Life Support Required


Hours of Work:
7pm-7am 36 hours/weekly


Weekend Requirements:
As Needed


Call Requirements:
As needed


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
