Salesforce Solutions Architect- Equipment Finance (Remote)
OverviewThis position leads architecture and technical design activities in support of specific solution development projects.
Works closely with business units and associates to identify development solutions that are cost-effective, efficient, and meet business needs.
Collaborates on the technical design of artifacts, ensuring compliance and documentation of all applicable standards.
Ensures quality results and timely completion of project tasks.
Utilizes expertise to provide guidance on the design, interface requirements, and technology of developed solutionsResponsibilitiesSolution Development - Leads a team of associates on assigned solution development projects.
Recommends technology solutions, an application programming and integration solution through research on alternative options.
As needed, troubleshoots deployment issues, develops programs, integrates solutions, and performs other tasks related to technical design.
Consultation - Provides consultation to the business unit, management, and associates on all phases of integration systems development and processes.
Acts as a trusted advisor on strategies and approaches for overall integration of technology components.
Project Coordination - Ensures project tasks are completed on time and with a high degree of quality.
Collaborates with other team members on detailed application design, development, and integration testing.
Technical Expertise - Maintains a strong understanding of available technology, tools, and designs in order to provide consultation and leverage technologies within the Bank.
Offers direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff.
The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally$135,205 to $234,255 per year.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Software application development OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Software application developmentSkill(s):
Ability to focus on designing solutions for and between on premise applications hosted in our datacenter (vendor and bespoke) and SaaS applications (no cloud development involved at this time)Ability to ensure best practices and enterprise solutions are followed for application implementation, integrating applications using APIs and file transfer, SSO and identity management, data archiving, etc.
Ability to work across, and provide guidance to, many disparate technical teams to implement new solutionsAbility to create solution design documentation focused on providing a single source of truth for project teams (heavy on logical architecture diagramming skills) as well as creation of reusable solution/integration patternsAbility to provide integration roadmaps and data contracts to internal development teamsAbility to actively participate in the architecture governance strategy.
