Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Nanny to provide exceptional childcare for our family.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, ensuring their safety and well-being, and creating a nurturing environment.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and responsible care for children, ensuring their safety at all times - Encouraging the development of infant twins - Follow established routines and schedules for naps, meals, and activities - Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise - Administer basic first aid when necessary -Adapt to feeding schedules and requirements as the girls grow
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying is required - Experience working with infants - Knowledge of basic first aid procedures -Strong preference for experience with multiples( twins, triplets, quads) -Knowledge of safe sleep practices for infants Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children on their level - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively - Ability to adapt to different parenting styles and household routines Schedule:
This position is Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm Offers guaranteed hours Position is a minimum of a six month commitment.
For the right fit this could potentially roll into a long term position.
