The Position:
This role will support Relevate's recruiting and social media efforts.
Following Relevate's core strategy of business growth and recruiting through referrals, this role will execute plans to reach out to area agents that fit our firm.
Additionally this role will execute social media processes which support Relevate corporate and sales agent growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of agent recruiting (mailings, email outreach, etc.

content provided) Execute on email recruiting campaigns Support Relevate agent referral based recruiting efforts Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement Create and distribute engaging content for various social media platforms Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments Monitor and complement/supplement agent social media accounts Collaborate with internal teams to create social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals Promote Relevate events and agents across all social media platforms Requirements:
Fast paced, dynamic personal Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with great interpersonal skills Experience with and basic proficiency demonstrated with primary social media platforms Demonstrated proficiency in social media content creation Demonstrated proficiency social media planning and strategy development Motivated, independent self-starter Job Types:
