Job Description We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning.
This is a vital role within our organization, as you will be the main point of contact for all administrative and operational matters.
Monday to Friday.
Pay Rate:
$21.
00/hr.
Temp to Perm.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office activities, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle Human Resources tasks such as onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain and organize office files, records and documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, keeping track of invoices and payments.
- Address employee queries and concerns, providing necessary support and guidance.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
