Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standardsThe ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, multifamily, and ground-up construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction is progressing as planned and to identify and address any issues that arise Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field 2
years of experience in commercial, multifamily, and ground-up construction projects Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of construction industry best practices and regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software If you are a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a passion for construction, we want to hear from you! The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
