In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
The ideal candidate is friendly, personable, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities Assist members with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner Address and resolve member complaints, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our products, services, and membership benefits Process membership applications, ensuring all required information is collected and accurately entered into our system Handle billing inquiries and resolve member issues related to payments and invoices Educate members on our various service offerings, promotions, and discounts Maintain accurate and detailed records of all member interactions and transactions Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in using computers and navigating software applications Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
