NC FAST/HSBIA requires the services of a trainer/content developer to support training implementation of Child Welfare training modules.The NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks contract resources to assist with the training and implementation of the Child Welfare Information System (CWIS). The primary purposes of the trainer/content developer is to analyze the CWIS functionality to develop and deliver classroom facilitator-led learning solutions and eLearning courses to support system implementation. This position will work closely with the Training Lead, Business and Agile Teams, as well as the Development Team and other subject matter experts to understand requirements, to design training and develop course materials, develop and maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts, and maintain/revise training materials for instructional training of adult learners. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
