Carolina Kids Pediatric Associates has six providers and has been serving the Raleigh area for over 25 years.
Responsibilities include:
Answer telephone calls and greet patients warmly.
Checking patients out, collect copays, and schedule future appointments Check patients in, verify demographics and form completion Data entry including scanning and demographic updates.
We are looking to bring on a Front Desk Receptionist with excellent communication and organizational skills who is reliable and able to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
Employees are expected to work together to assist patients and complete tasks in a timely manner.
We need someone who is available four weekdays as well as one Saturday and Sunday every 4-6 weekends.
Regular weekday hours are 8:
30am - 5:
30pm.
Each employee has a designated late night and those hours are 8:
30am - 6:
30pm, or until the last patient leaves.
Weekend hours are 9:
00am - 1:
00pm, or until the last patient leaves.
Evening hours (after 5:
30pm) and weekend shifts include shift differential.
