The nanny's primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of the children, while also engaging them in fun and educational activities.
Their two older boys are with them 50% of the time.
They have a calm and peaceful household, and they encourage the kids to be outside and active as well as inside and active.
TV is usually allowed in the morning after waking up, around nap time/downtime, and right before bed.
The younger girls have various interests, including playing with dolls, doing gymnastics, playing tennis, and practicing soccer shots.
They also enjoy reading, coloring, art, and pretend play.
As the nanny, one will be responsible for organizing and supervising these activities, as well as taking them to the park or other fun places.
The family's house has a casual environment with plenty of play space for the kids, including a trampoline and playground set outside.
They also have bikes and scooters that the girls love to ride.
As such, the nanny is encouraged to let the girls have fun and play, with occasional clean-up and light housekeeping duties, if time permits.
The family is looking for a nanny who can be part of their family and someone that the girls can trust and love to be with during the day.
They would prefer someone who has experience of working with kids, is a former schoolteacher (not a requirement), and has a calm and patient temperament.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to send pictures as updates are also important.
It would be great if they were comfortable with swimming so that they could join the kids in the pool during the summer.
The family wants someone who can play with them and help them learn and grow while they are still young.
Meals for the kids will also be expected.
In addition, if you have extra time, you could help with grocery shopping, and some light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and easy pickup.
