Each year he visits multiple quarries around the world to hand select stone for each of the locations.
CRS also has offices in both Brazil and India that assist him in purchasing and inspecting the stone.
Thus, ensuring the customer receives the very best there is! Sunny's top priorities are to offer the most beautiful, high quality stone in the industry and to partner it with top notch customer service.
With CRS, the customer really does come first! Over the years, CRS has grown from one to four locations to better serve the stone industry.
These customer friendly showrooms are located in Raleigh, NC, Charleston, SC, Virginia Beach, VA, and Austin, TX.
The staff at each location is here to serve homeowners and fabricators alike with one on one customer service.

Job Description CRS Marble & Granite is rapidly growing and expanding.
We are looking to add to our team in the Triangle market, and would love to meet you if you feel you are the right match for us! To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate must be able to do the following:
Effective and efficient handling of customer transactions.
Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
Build and maintain company customer relationships.
Answer inbound calls Consistent following up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with customers.
Track stock levels to ensure customer orders are handled effectively.
Assist customers in determining order requirements or services.
Appropriately identify and escalate customer issues.
Quote prices and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for customers.
Partners with Sales Representative to keep account transactions and literature up to date.
Practice Customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team Retains up to date knowledge of company products Maintain organization and cleanliness of office and showroom.
Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
Must be available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month (half-day) Additionally the candidate must meet the following education and experience requirements:
Excellent oral and written English language communication skills Good organizational skills Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Computer literate, familiar with Windows.
Familiar with Google Suite and/or MS Office EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High School Education Required Minimum 2 years' customer service experience Experience in stone handling is a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
