Job Description:
The client requires one Service Support Analyst The selected candidate for this role will provide first-level support to users in a Microsoft Windows environment This includes, but is not limited to password resets, A/V troubleshooting, access assistance, etc Responsible for imaging PCs per outlined processes, distributing equipment, and maintaining assignment information in an asset tracking system The position will be responsible for identifying and documenting surplus equipment, installing computer equipment in an office environment, and maintaining printers and scanners The position will be expected to assist users with PC performance issues and updates.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to analyze and assess client needs to develop effective and appropriate solutions.
Ability to independently resolve unique problems through advanced system analysis and troubleshooting procedures and without a pre-determined course of action.
Ability to proactively establish a positive relationship by demonstrating a sense of urgency in interactions with clients.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
