Job Description:
Office of the State Auditor requires one Service Support AnalystsThe selected candidate for this role will provide first level support to users in a Microsoft Windows environmentThis includes, but is not limited to password resets, A/V troubleshooting, access assistance, etcResponsible for imaging PCs per outlined processes, distributing equipment and maintaining assignment information in an asset tracking systemPosition will be responsible for identifying and documenting equipment for surplus, installing computer equipment in an office environment, maintaining printers and scannersPosition will be expected to assist users with PC performance issues and updates.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies Ability to analyze and assess client needs to develop effective and appropriate solutions. Ability to independently resolve unique problems through advanced system analysis and troubleshooting procedures and without a pre-determined course of action. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
