Service Support Analyst
DataStaff, Inc is seeking a Service Support Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients located in Raleigh, NC.
This position is onsite
Responsibilities:
Provide first level support to users in a Microsoft Windows environment.
This includes, but is not limited to password resets, A/V troubleshooting, access assistance, etc.
Imaging PCs per outlined processes, distributing equipment and maintaining assignment information in an asset tracking system.
Identifying and documenting equipment for surplus, installing computer equipment in an office environment, maintaining printers and scanners.
Assist users with PC performance issues and updates.
Required Skills:
3 Years - Ability to analyze and assess client needs to develop effective and appropriate solutions 3 Years - Ability to independently resolve problems through advanced system analysis and troubleshooting procedures and w/o a pre-determined course of action 3 Years - Ability to proactively establish a positive relationship by demonstrating a sense of urgency in interactions with clients 3 Years - Experience supporting users in a Microsoft Windows environment 3 Years - A/V troubleshooting 3 Years - Experience installing computer equipment in an office environment, maintaining printers and scanners 3 Years - Experience imaging PCs This opportunity is available as a W2 position with a competitive benefits package.
