Document technical solutions as RFP response document, client facing value propositions and client specific demonstrations Enable selection of vendor partners across CCaaS, CRM, Analytics, Automation platforms Good understanding of leading edge solutions and capabilities such as Generative AI, CRM and CCaaS Candidate ProfileLocationUSA, IN, Work-at-HomeLanguage RequirementsTime TypeFull time.?Physical & Mental Requirements:
