Scada Program Manager

The Catalyst team is seeking a Scada Program Manager to join our full-time team as a full-time employee.
This would require candidates to be onsite in a hybrid office model in one of the requested locations.
We cannot do H1b transfer for this position.
Locations availableOmaha, NebraskaDes Moines, IAPortland, ORLas Vegas, NVSalt Lake City, UT Must have experience delivering Large SCADA system projects.
Must be experienced in delivering in a hybrid methodology.
2 or 3 weeks sprints with incremental delivery where appropriate Develop fast, fail early - with early and integrated reviews by business.
Tied to an end-to-end schedule with monitoring of critical path.
Experience creating and managing burn down chart for development effort.
Experience forecasting and tracking defect rate and velocity.
Experience with recovery get to green plans for any schedule or resource impacts.
Able to quickly learn and utilize the business risk management methodology and scoring, and reporting templates.
Experience with integrated project plans and dependencies with pitcher catcher milestones Must be strong in creating and maintaining detailed project plans broken down into feature, epics and stories, with development, report configuration, data conversion, and interface work broken into points no larger than 40 hours.
