This will be achieved by being ultra-responsive, creating a personal touch to improve the entire customer experience with consistently high level of service.
This team member will have mastery knowledge on multiple systems, processes, and workflows.
Duties and Responsibilities Learn and Gain a mastery level proficiency on:
Phones (TalkDesk) Customer Concierge Emails (ZenDesk) COVID Response Emails / Luminate Provide exceptional customer service to all accounts serviced.
Follow all SOPs.
Lear how to Open / Solve Tickets on Zendesk Learn how to Open / Solve Tickets on Talk Desk Learn how to operate in Apollo Blue and Black Requirements Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred Must work onsite at Glenwood Ave location Job Type:
