The Business Services and Support (BSS) unit focuses on providing enterprise wide services to internal and external customers.
Services include call center operations, tax schedule implementation, facilities oversight and information technology support.
Service areas and associated functions are tightly integrated across the organizational unit requiring collaboration and coordination among the teams.
This is an administrative support position assigned to the Customer Interaction Center and Quality Assurance (CICQA) Division located in Raleigh Headquarters.
This position performs clerical data entry, document scanning, and administrative support for multiple assigned tax schedules for distribution agency wide via the agency's Document Management System.
The position is required to review, validate and enter standardized documentation in our tax management system within 24 hours acknowledging receipt and acceptance of powers of attorney.
In addition, this position supports the Customer Service agents of the Contact Centers by reissuing corrected or replacement Forms 1099 G and INT, and for demographic inquiries and updates, such as address changes and out of business notifications.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
