Job Description:
The client requires the services of a training and support specialist to support Medicaid Direct and Medicaid Managed Care Training Projects.
The purpose of the position will be to create training content (online and live classroom training) to support organizational initiatives and business units.
Strong content development and writing skills needed.
Ability to draft articles to support employee learning, tips, and educational resources for employees, such as job aids.
Good research skills.
Instructional design and technical knowledge needed.
This position will support live virtual meetings and events.
Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Must be professional.
The client prefers experience with following tools:
Adobe Articulate (Storyline and Rise), Canva, Camtasia, MS Teams.
Candidates with experience developing HR curriculums or training in partnership with subject matter experts is preferred.
Creating training videos and microlearning, a plus.
Use of voiceover tools a plus.
Interest in continually learning new software and keeping the team updated on changes to software, is desired.
This position works with:
Associate Director of Organizational Development, Training and Support Specialist, Learning and Development Consultant, Organizational Development Consultant and an Administrative Support Specialist.
Recommended Skills Administration Adobe Instructional Design Learning Development Medicaid Medicaid Managed Care Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
