Supervise multi-family construction projects, read plans and perform take offs, place material orders and manage sub crews on plumbing projects.
Supervise and manage multiple projects at one time Ensure inspections are passed Ensure projects come in at or under budget Write ROI's and change orders as needed Attend job site meetings and handle all paperwork associated Manage all aspects of projects to completion Train under Field Supervisor Responsible for all scopes on assigned projects Use technology to perform your job duties to include (but not limited to) Procore, BIM 360, eSub, Amazon WorkDocs, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
