We're not just looking for warm bodies to fill seats; we're looking for superheroes.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to save customers in jeopardy of stopping service (the horror!).
You will provide solutions over the phone to make these customers feel heard, valued, and supported.
We love our customers and want to make sure every one of them knows it.
Other duties may include:
Scheduling appointments Collecting past due balances Establish ongoing follow-up procedures for individual customers Being awesome in random games during the day (name-that-tune, wastepaper basketball, etc.
) If you are hardworking, positive, and detail-oriented, you WILL be rewarded through daily, weekly, and monthly incentives to bring out your best.
Experience is preferred, but we'll train the right person.
This is a drug- and alcohol-free environment, and a background check is required upon hire.
