Responsibilities Act as the main contact for customers through email, chat, phone and other channels.
Manage customer accounts by providing information on new products, pricing and ordering process.
Meet deadlines by following instructions and maintaining professional communication.
Identify customers' needs and offer best value for customer orders by analyzing accounts data and comparing prices of various products.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate and valid information by using the right methods/tools.
Maintain accurate records by recording information accurately in our system.
Answer any questions or provide further information about our products or services by using the right methods/tools.
Recommend ways to improve customer experience through research on current trends or products/services offered by our competitors.
Experience Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
The focus should be on providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.
