We are seeking a Recruiter to conduct full-cycle recruiting to bring on qualified caregivers to support our growing client base.
What You'll Be Doing:
Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligning with the mission, values & vision of the company Create Job postings Utilize Applicant Tracking System to conduct screening phone calls, schedule & conduct interviews, and schedule onboarding training Facilitate Onboarding including New Hire Orientation Determine applicants' employment eligibility Collect & Organize pertinent documents to complete caregiver files Help mentor our caregivers through the beginning stages of their careers Work alongside teammates to understand recruiting needs for current and potential client case load What We Look For:
Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Intermediate level office experience Basic knowledge & understanding of Recruiting & Inside Sales, willingness to learn & excel Basic knowledge & understanding of the healthcare industry Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with highly effective interpersonal skills Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and applicants Must be able to commute to Raleigh, NC; or planning to relocate before starting position Job Type:
