The manager would like to see a Vue developer (angular is ok) that is comfortable with working with Sharepoint Rest APIs and generally understands how Sharepoint works.
The candidate can choose to work remote or onsite once the team returns to site.
DOT WILL NOT ship their equipment, so the candidate must come onsite during onboarding to pick up the state issued computer and to complete the remaining onboarding tasks.
A candidate or a vendor representative must come in to drop off his or her equipment on the last day at own expense.

The NC Department of Transportation Web Services group is seeking an On-Premise SharePoint developer / UI developer for continued development of ECM construction& preconstruction sites.
This contractor must have extensive experience building very large SharePoint repositories with out of the box SP views, list & libraries in SharePoint 2019 on premise.
Must have experience building VueJS applications against a SharePoint 2019 backend, service workers and offline support required Must have very detailed understanding of SharePoint Search.
Must have experience using PowerShell scripting to efficiently update and manage very large SharePoint repositories using CSOM, PNPSharePoint and SSOM.
This contractor should have extensive experience creating Nintex & SharePoint 2013 workflows.
The contractor should also be very familiar with Asp.
net C# development, particularly with interfacing with SharePoint.
This contractor is responsible for SharePoint page, site& structure design, Front-end Development with JavaScript, applying web parts, wireframes, creation of UI elements, and creation of layout templates based on the needs of the business unit.
The Technical Specialist is a senior level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in a specific technology.
