Job DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Operations Leader is a decision maker and a tactician.
You are a strategic partner to the leaders of our Marketing, Business, and Technology teams and help shape all of operations including Digital and Marketing tools, processes, and optimizations.
You are accountable for managing the priorities of all verticals, with significant marketing spend across channels to enable lead generation and nurture on our 30 websites and offline/online digital platforms.
A strong successful candidate will have industry experience and an informed POV on Digital and Marketing Excellence and Operations.
HYBRID SCHEDULE - IN OFFICE TUESDAYS/THURSDAYSThe specific responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Operations Leader include:
Building and ensuring a cohesive strategy in project and product rollouts across channels with significant marketing spend across verticals Lead clients through new digital marketing and website development initiatives, including an expanded host of cross-vertical online applications.
Ensures the right tools, technology and human resources across the entire funnel based on the projected and actual workload (creative, analytics, project management, developers).
Oversees end to end planning and delivery for all projects from initial feasibility through to financial approval, design, delivery and completion within budget.
Coach and manage the Digital Marketing Operations teams comprised of 3 major functions:
Product Owners, Project Managers and Analysts.
