What You'll Do The Asset Management team leader will play a pivotal role in leading, developing ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering strong client relationships.
Your expertise in the managing customer service, technology consulting domain expertise, outstanding leadership skills, and ability to navigate complex business challenges will be instrumental in driving the team's success and achieving business objectives.
You will typicallyLead and scale our team of Managers and Asset Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive individual and collective performance.
Set team goals, supervise progress, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and meet targets.
Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for development and training.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer issues for Asset Management escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Lead the development and delivery of high-quality Asset management services.
Build a very strong interlock with Sales, Renewals, Customer success and CX Delivery to provide an industry-leading customer experience for Cisco customers on their lifecycle journey.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Drive pre-sales for IB Management engagements through discussions with customers to discover their needs and develop proposals.
Engage with Sales, Partners and customers to drive the value proposition of Cisco's IB Management services.
Empower and inspire the organization through effective communication and leadership.
Manage Asset Management business pipeline and align with Sales and CX Delivery in a routine fashion.
Who You'll Work WithWe are currently looking for a Leader who will lead and grow a team of successful Asset Managers who work with our customers to help them achieve greater business value from technology by delivering services ranging from Services Contract Management to supporting our customers and partners on software license management, adoption of licenses, smart account/software account strategy, among other topics.
Who You AreBachelors degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, finance, or a related field (MBA degree preferred).
Demonstrable experience in a leadership role within a Customer Services firm.
Over 10 years of experience in other CX organizations, covering:
Exposure to multiple segments (Enterprises, Governments and Service Providers),Experience with multiple technologies (Smart Buildings/Cities, IOT, networking, cloud, data analytics, applications)Demonstrable experience in strategic advisory project delivery, business consulting, or a related field.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to empower and encourage a hard-working team.
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving business growth.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
