WHAT YOU'LL DOThis role is key to the Contract Life cycle Management and Enterprise Legal Spend Management teams in Legal IT and its ability to meet and exceed the expectations of our business partners.
The role supports this by leading and supporting a wide range of applications and process automations on Legal's Salesforce instance, along with key SaaS solutions like Ironclad and Litify.

You will work cross functionally within the HR and Legal IT, Legal Product Owners, business partners, Security & Trust along with Cisco IT broader team including Infrastructure, Networking and Data Analytics, to enable exciting future of work for Cisco!
Responsibilities:
Experience with agile software development and LEAN/continuous delivery methodologies Experience working with SaaS Solutions - Salesforce, Ironclad, Lithify or equivalentWorking knowledge around Lightning Apps- SFDC and Salesforce offeringsService Cloud experience and CRM Analytics Programming knowledge in all or some of the following:
- 1 Programming Languages:
Java (J2SE & J2EE), Python, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, EJB, JDBC, JMS, JNDI, JAXB, JAX-WS, JAX-RPC, Spring/Struts/Hibernate, ElasticSearch- 2 Web Technologies:
MEAN Stack, Angular JS, NodeJS, AJAX, JQuery, XSLT, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML and CSS.
- 3 Database/Data warehouse technologies:
Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, Mongo DB, Elastic SearchWHO YOU AREYou are enthusiastic about redefining the company, as part of our people deal.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
