Product Owner - Quote to Order
About the job:
The CRM Modernization team is hiring for a Principal Product Owner to align to the Quote to Order workstream.
In this role, you will drive the vision, manage the roadmap, write features and requirements, and work with the dedicated Quote to Order IT delivery team to develop business capabilities for sales and back office functions.
You will play a key part in accelerating our journey to a brand new instance of Salesforce.

As a Product Owner, you will coordinate with cross-functional SMEs and Key Interlocks to ensure business vision / requirements are meeting the needs of the organization.
What you will do:
Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify business vision and requirements for the value stream Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria Influence and lead the scrum team to ensure everyone is operating on the right agile cadence to deliver a shippable product at the end of every sprint What you will bring:
Previous experience working with SFDC, CPQ, and CLM tools Excellent leadership & communication skills, with ability to engage a diverse set of stakeholders in a matrixed organization and drive accountability within the pod team Strategic orientation and business vision acumen to position roadmap and execute against it to meet deadlines Strong understanding of Red Hat's business processes in the relevant workstream, industry best practices, relevant big rocks, and Red Hat talent Proven analytical and product management skills, including deep understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present visions to stakeholders Innovative and analytical problem-solving skills with close attention to detail Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines Ability to work as part of a matrixed, agile team in a collaborative environment Excellent business insight and understanding of the organizations goals and objectives Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Analytical Attention To Detail Business Processes Business Requirements Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
