Responsibilities:
Administrative/Office Management/Customer Service Customer service and support - reception/phone systems Communication & dispatch - call-ins from customers Reconcile Service Tickets Emailing or mailing of invoices, certificates of destruction Credit card processing, cash receipts Administrative support - correspondence, filing, e-mail, faxing Efficient and accurate data entry
Qualifications:
Previous administrative/bookkeeping experience Computer literacy - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, Internet, etc.
Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent customer service skills Positive and enthusiastic attitude Excellent communication skills Dependable/reliable work ethic Compensation:
Salary - based on $18 to $20 per hour, 40- hours per week Non-overtime.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
