Cisco IT Service Manager or IT Service Lead on a weekly rotation who will facilitate the resolution of Critical Priority incidents in conjunction with the EOC Incident Analyst.
Accountable to drive all incidents to resolution and is responsible for facilitating technical, application and management bridges and business resumption plans and actions.
Assists with support management escalation and conflict resolution during an incident.
Duties include reviewing the situation, coordinating the incident and lending perspective on how to proceed in case of no response from functional managers, complicated or long-duration situations.
Ensures that all Major incident/Executive communications are completed as per procedures and is responsible for notifying IT Senior Management in WebEx Teams space regarding critical and high services outages communications.
