THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a full-time Family Plan Coordinator to execute daily responsibilities in support of our long-time and most loyal customers.
The Family Plan is designed to give our customers peace of mind while saving them money.
It provides priority booking for issues, while also delivering regular system inspections and tune-ups that help avoid costly breakdowns and maintenance issues.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who brings organization, positivity, and creativity to the role and will thrive in a growth-oriented company.
KEY TASKS o Responsible for all aspects of customer advocacy for our Family Plan Members including:
o conducting Welcome Calls for our newest members, o scheduling periodic inspections and maintenance visits, o coordinating dispatching of maintenance visits, o conducting renewal outreach, o administering the Family Plan master roster, o providing information and training for technicians, management, and customers on our plan, o making our Family Plan members feel the 5-Star experience.
THE QUALIFICATIONS o 2 years of experience in customer service or customer experience o Excellent leadership, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
o Strong analytical ability, demonstrated perseverance, ability to maintain information, & excellent time management skills.
o Requires excellent verbal, written and relationship management skills.
o Must demonstrate diplomacy and tact while interacting with all levels within and outside of the organization.
o Must be able to perform job duties independently, exercising discretion, good judgment, and professionalism.
o Ability to work independently, without direct supervision, maintaining confidentiality, and taking initiative is a must.
o Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills; advanced skills preferred.
Strong communication skills required.
