Customer Support Job Description Support and schedule packing and shipping when needed Process orders through Inventory Management System (IMS) Support customer service activities Maintain electronic and paper records and documents Contribute to team effort as needed This position has traditionally been part time with some flexibility around start/end time.
A tentative schedule would be approximately 12-18 hours weekly working 2-3 days on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Position is paid hourly with quarterly bonuses starting at 6 months of service.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
