Salary $55k to $70k depending on experience What we offer:

Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and Dropbox Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail 8
years of Commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and/or plumbing experience Knowledge of construction processes (RFI, RFP, Change Orders, Etc.
)
Responsibilities:
Develop and track a project schedule including manpower loading for the project Properly estimate commercial projects from blueprints to the inception Contact vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for estimation of job costing Inspect job site on a regular basis for contract compliance Establish project cost control for tracking of equipment, material, labor, tools, subcontracts, and miscellaneous costs Grow business by establishing relationships with general contractors.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
