This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, reception, billing, and customer service.

The position may require working periodic time on weekends.

Book appointments for multi-modality office in Raleigh, NC.
Enter patient information into computer system.
Keep financial records Collect payments from patients.
Coordinate and maintain patient's schedule Assist with Case Management Maintain and present KPI's at weekly meeting Work with Team to strategize and reach KPI's Manage time sensitive documents; Invoices, licenses, insurances Answering phones Calling New Patients and scheduling Reactivation of patients Job Type:
