We are a small hemp CBD brand and storefront that manufactures and produces products in-house.
We are looking for a full-time or part-time employee to be pretty flexible and help with a variety of positions including, store worker, manufacturing and farm work.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and help produce products ranging from prerolls and flower, to gummies, tinctures, work with plants and get experience in the retail front.
We are looking for a detail oriented and passionate candidate who is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have some prior knowledge of the hemp industry (not required), as well as someone who is a hard worker, can follow instructions, can be cross trained and has a flexible schedule.
Additionally, we are seeking someone with excellent communication skills who can take direction from management while also providing input when needed.
Must be very organized, be precise, take criticism well, follow instructions, work fast pace, communicate well to others and have a passion for CBD/THC.
The days are flexible, hours are:
for manufacturing 11am-7pm Mon - Saturday Noon - 5pm Sundays Farm hours:
Flexible Farm plant work will consist of pruning, spraying and harvesting when needed Training will last two weeks starting at $10 an hour and then pay is $12/hr while incremental raises will accrue over the course of a year of working with us reaching up to $15 an hour or more depending on manager roles fulfilled.
