We're looking for a Sr.
Digital Marketing Analyst (Paid Social Advertising) who has 3
years of experience in paid social advertising (Facebook/Meta, Instagram) with a strong performance marketing background.
S/he would take ownership over all paid media buys on one of our growing insurance verticals as well as high level communication and reporting to our business team.
Direct report to the Digital Marketing Director.
Our ideal candidate is already fluent in Paid Social media buying and optimization - you've managed large budgets on paid social, optimized for volume and CPA targets, and have navigated the post iOS-14 world with success.
You are a curious thinker with strong analytical skills - comfortable with advanced Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, and extracting and merging sets of data to identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns.

Digital Marketing Analyst, you'll be an integral part of the digital team & a member of the larger marketing team.
You will be responsible for account management that encompasses hitting daily, monthly & yearly performance goals as well as a driving force on creative conception, implementation, and overarching channel strategy and growth.
A day in the life During your day-to-day, you'll be an integral part of the Paid Search team with a large focus on:
Own media performance for a business vertical and manage large budgets for some of the largest insurance brands in the country Drive digital traffic to our website from our media accounts to generate leads and applicationsManage day to day responsibilities such as account reporting, monitoring lead volume and cost per lead/ cost per application trends, performance projectionsTesting, reporting and optimization! This is the most important part of the job as you optimize for volume and CPA targets.
Find areas of opportunity, support your hypotheses with data and projections, implement your optimizations, and report back on your results with takeaways Work with cross-functional teams (CRO, Design, Content, TV, SEO) to attain business goalsTrain and mentor new and junior team members You'll fit in here if:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
