As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to the success of PCLaw Time Matters by helping to create effective communications that drive action, contributing to strategic marketing plans, and executing campaigns to engage both existing and prospective customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing, writing, and creating emails via Salesforce Marketing Cloud Salesforce list creation and reporting Assisting in the writing and enablement of multi-channel marketing campaigns to support customer success and new business opportunities Measuring and reporting key metrics to track customer engagement and campaign success Creating, maintaining and updating customer journeys and measuring effectiveness Creating and delivering department process training Other projects as needed Requirements What would we like for you to have? Required:

years of experience in a similar role Strong Salesforce/Marketing Cloud skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability applying strategy to marketing tactics and channels Experience with email marketing and content creation Strong analytical, organization, and project management skills Drive to take initiative and work beyond the directions given Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and learn new skills quickly Attention to detail Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in related field Salesforce Marketing cloud Email Specialist Certification Previous work in the legal software technology industry Knowledge of HTML & CSS Please note:
