Insiders are cross-trained to perform the duties of all in-store team members.
All employees are required to:
Maintain compliance with all corporate-mandated training certification requirements.
Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor conducive to a 5-star Guest experience.
Maintains compliance with all company, store, government laws and ordinances (particularly with regards to food, health, and safety).
Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, timely service, and store cleanliness At all times advocates and demonstrates Marco's Cultural Beliefs.
Avoid any use of personal electronic devices while on the clock.
Demonstrate teamwork and a sense of urgency.
Adheres to all policies set forth in the company handbook and Marco's manuals.
Inside Team Members are required to:
Make all guest orders correctly.
Operate all machinery in accordance with Marco's safety requirements and all applicable state/federal laws (by law, employees under the age of 18 cannot operate or clean certain machinery).
Follows Marco's procedures for our freshly made in-store dough.
Maintain adequate levels of product/supplies for immediate and future use.
Maintain cleanliness of the store and surrounding area.
Monitor ovens, baking process, and properly cut and package all orders.
Identifies finished products and matches them to order invoices.
Performs final quality and accuracy check of all orders.
Recognizes and reacts to inferior products from the supplier.
Works with Drivers and Manager to ensure efficient routing of deliveries.
Communicates frequently with management and other employees.
